Policies Regarding Services

To ensure a fair and transparent experience for all clients, please take note of the following policies related to cancellations, refunds, and our services:

  • Cancellation Policy - Individual Sessions: If you need to cancel a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost.
  • Workshops/Courses - If you need to cancel your participation in a workshop or course, kindly inform us as soon as possible. We acknowledge that unexpected circumstances can arise and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Refund Policy

  • Individual Sessions: If you have prepaid for a session and need to cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, a full refund will be issued. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, only half of the session fee will be refunded.
  • Workshops/Courses: For workshops and courses, a full refund will be provided if you cancel at least 7 days before the start date. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the start, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be provided once the workshop or course has begun.
  • Special Circumstances: Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for health-related issues or emergencies. Please communicate your circumstances to our team for consideration.

No-Show Policy

For any missed sessions or workshops without prior notice, we regret that no refunds or rescheduling will be available. We encourage you to inform us if you are unable to attend.

Transfer Policy

Clients may transfer their spot in a workshop or course to another individual, provided that notification is given at least 48 hours before the event. Please contact us with the name and details of the person taking your spot.

Class/Workshop Changes

We reserve the right to modify schedules, instructors, or formats for any class or workshop if necessary. Participants will be notified of any such changes in a timely manner.

Participant Conduct

We expect all participants to maintain a respectful and supportive atmosphere towards fellow attendees and instructors. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from a session or workshop without a refund.

Confidentiality Policy

All sessions and discussions within our programs are confidential. We respect the privacy of our clients and do not share personal information without consent.
